4,945

Every one of those 4,945 questions comes with a written rationale, and 4,839 of them explain each wrong answer too. 1,866 of the 1,867 guides ship with a flashcard deck built from that exact guide.

Counted in the library on 5 September 2026. The TEAS and HESI A2 prep courses are Pro, so nothing from them is counted above.

Sound familiar? Cramming the night before, re-reading notes that don't stick, and no idea if you're actually ready for the exam — and dosage calc anxiety on top of it all. There's a smarter way.

Everything nursing school throws at you, handled

One place for your guides, your schedule, your topics, and the practice that actually makes it stick.

Follow-along study guides

Structured guides that walk you through each topic step by step — no more guessing what to study next.

Class & exam calendar

Mark classes, exams, and deadlines. Always know what's coming and exactly what to review for it.

Organize by topic

Browse the library by topic and section, then link what each exam covers straight to that exam. Study heart failure everywhere it shows up.

Quizzes & flashcards

Drill 400+ quizzes and 7,700+ questions — every one with a written rationale — plus 1,800+ flashcard decks. Practice like it's the real exam.

Spaced repetition

Miss a question? It comes back more often until you own it — your weak spots automatically get extra practice.

Color highlighting

Highlight text in different colors to code your notes your way — and yes, make them pretty.

Med math practice

Dosage calculations trip up almost everyone. Practice drip rates, conversions, and dosage problems step by step until the math feels easy.

Upload your notes → study materials

Drop in a PDF, slides, a photo of your notes, or a lecture recording — and get a study guide, flashcards, and a quiz built from it.

Mastery tracking: know you're ready before exam day

Your flashcard decks show a mastery bar — green for what you own, amber for what's still slipping. When the bar fills green, you're not hoping you're ready — you know it.

From overwhelmed to exam-ready in 3 steps

1

Set up your semester

Add your classes and exam dates to the calendar, upload your notes and slides, and link the topics each exam covers so everything's in one place.

2

Study smart, not long

Follow the study guides, highlight what matters, and drill quizzes and flashcards built for each section.

3

Master it & prove it

Spaced repetition hammers your weak spots until they're strengths. Watch your mastery bar climb until you're exam-ready.

Questions, answered straight

The things worth knowing before you make an account.

Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?
It's a plan, not a trial, and there's no credit card at signup. A free account opens the whole nursing study-guide library — 1,867 guides — every nursing topic quiz with full rationales (381 quizzes, 4,945 questions), 3 flashcard decks of your own, and 50 AI credits a month. It doesn't expire. The two entrance-exam courses are the exception: TEAS and HESI A2 prep are Pro, though one TEAS reading practice set is free to try.
What's actually in there right now?
1,887 study guides, 1,888 flashcard decks, 69,063 flashcards, 406 quizzes and 7,780 questions across 15 subjects and 656 sections, plus a 422-drug reference and lab values. Every question has a written rationale; 7,660 also explain each wrong answer. The TEAS course is the Pro slice of that — 20 guides, 25 quizzes and 2,835 questions; everything else is on the free plan. Counted in the library on 5 September 2026.
Can I look at anything before making an account?
Yes. 6 full sample guides are readable at /guides with no account, and /qotd gives you a free NCLEX-style question with its full rationale every day. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to install.
What does Pro add, and what does it cost?
$9.99 a month, or $79.99 a year — that works out to $6.67 a month, a 33% saving. Pro adds unlimited flashcard decks of your own, 750 AI credits a month, syllabus import, the NCLEX readiness score, the study plan and full-length mock exams, and the TEAS and HESI A2 prep courses.
What are AI credits — does studying cost credits?
No. Reading guides, taking quizzes and reviewing flashcards never spend credits. Credits are only for AI generation — turning your own material into study guides, decks and quizzes. Free gets 50 a month, Pro gets 750. Pro members who run dry can add one-time top-ups: $2.99 for 200 credits, $6.99 for 550, or $12.99 for 1,300.
Can I use my own lecture notes?
Yes, on both plans. Upload a PDF, your slides, a photo of handwritten notes or a lecture recording, and get a study guide, a flashcard deck and a quiz built from it. It costs credits, so a free account covers about two lectures a month and Pro about twenty.
How is this NCLEX prep?
NGN-style practice: 501 Select-All-That-Apply questions with partial credit, unfolding case studies, full-length timed mock exams with no back-navigation, and a readiness score that blends quiz accuracy, flashcard retention and topic coverage into one number with your weakest topics first. Nobody can guarantee a pass and we don't claim to. NCLEX® is a registered trademark of NCSBN, which is not affiliated with this site.
Can I cancel? Do I lose access straight away?
Cancel any time from your billing settings — access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise; if you think you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Is there an app? What about podcasts and video lessons?
An iPhone and iPad app is in active development; today the site works in a mobile browser, and billing stays on the web either way. Study podcasts and video lessons are still being made — the players are built but the episodes aren't, so we're not going to pretend otherwise.
If my school uses this, what can my instructor see?
Aggregate cohort activity and readiness only — never your individual answers, your notes, or what you got wrong. Instructors join a cohort to spot who's falling behind early, not to grade your practice.
